MTA Construction & Engineering works exclusively on Government civil packages. Our teams are structured so that the same engineer who quotes the tender also owns the site until handover.

Tender & Estimation
Drawings, SOR and site conditions are studied jointly by the estimation and site team before a rate is offered.
Planning & Mobilisation
Programme, material sources, test schedule and manpower are fixed and shared with the department before work starts.
Execution & QC
Daily supervision, stage-wise testing and photographic records against approved drawings and specifications.
Handover & Records
Joint measurement, completion certificate, as-built documentation and defect liability support after handover.
